Final pricing may vary depending on design files, materials, sizes or custom requirements.
Work begins only after confirmation and payment (where applicable).
4. File Requirements
We accept design files in CoralDraw, Adobe Illustrator and PDF formats. Files must be print ready. Neonn is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork unless explicitly stated.
5. Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity, approvals, material availability or external factors.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated during order confirmation.
Delayed payments may affect production timelines.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once printing or production has begun.
Refunds are processed only if Neonn fails to deliver due to internal reasons.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs provided by the customer must be owned or licensed by the customer. Neonn is not liable for any copyright violations arising from customer-submitted content.
9. Liability
Neonn is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect specifications, unforeseen circumstances or third-party disruptions.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
